About Us

An engineering team
that complements yours.

Bambootronics develops electronic products and embedded systems: hardware, firmware, embedded Linux and IoT devices — within each project's scope, alongside your existing R&D team or in its place if you don't have one yet.

Who we help

Three customer groups,
one way of working.

  1. 01

    Electronics manufacturers

Extra R&D capacity when a project needs to speed up.

  2. 02

    Electronics product startups

From idea to a working device.

  3. 03

    International IoT & ODM companies

A transparent engineering partner in Vietnam.

Working principles

The right problem. The right scope. The right next step.

01

Clarify before quoting

Requirements, risks and scope are defined before both sides commit to costs.

02

Scope written as an SOW

What is included, what is excluded and the acceptance criteria are set out in the SOW / quotation.

03

Clear ownership

Design ownership, usage rights and handover are established in the contract / PO.

Scope

Delivery scope
and responsibilities.

What Bambootronics takes on and the conditions to be agreed separately for each project.

Bambootronics handles

  • Engineering development within the agreed scope.
  • Organizing material sourcing and managing production with a suitable approach.

To be agreed separately

  • Bambootronics does not currently have a large-scale manufacturing and test facility.
  • Development cost does not include components and prototypes by default; the scope is set out in the SOW / quotation.

People

Real working sessions.

Engineering capabilities

Design with deliverables.
Validation with criteria.

From design to production decisions, scope and handover data need to be clear.

Design documentation

Schematic, PCB, BOM, Gerber and firmware within the SOW scope.

Validation and NPI

Requirements → design → prototype → validation → pilot and transfer within scope.

Acceptance criteria

Test plans, technical risks and certification requirements are agreed for each project.

Certification preparation does not mean a product is certified. Manufacturing scope is coordinated with EMS providers.
